Resiliency Coach
What is resilience and why do we need it?
Resilience is defined as the capacity to withstand or recover from difficulties. After a lifetime navigating dangerous wilderness and workplace environments, I have become a master of resilience by necessity. I worked in a field where the data showed that 1 out of 40 people in this career will die on the job. 1 out of 40????!! While your workplace may not have these stats, many of the stresses that we experience in most workplaces and life events mirror the basic evolutionary responses to stress: fight, flight, freeze or fawn. What is causing your nervous system to activate these days? Do you want help discovering tools that will enable you to regulate your nervous system and hence offer you better sleep, more sustainability in your health and more confidence in your relationships?
